Installing various kinds of software packages that add things to the right-click menu, you may eventually land with a problem where the default action on a folder is always “Search”.
Now, here is a way to fix this bug
1. Start -> run
2. Type regedit
3. browse down to this key

4. Double-click on the default value and set it to “none” without the quotes
